UPMINSTER Acquired 11,000 sq ft retail store let to Focus DIY with offices above let to Hewlett Packard on short term leases with parking adjacent to the town centre. Eastern Square has secured planning to convert the offices to residential use and extend the ground floor retail area, which will be occupied by Aldi foodstores.
