CLACTON Assembled 1.7 acre site in 7 different ownerships, which also included two leasehold interests. Eastern Square secured planning for a foodstore developmnent and forward sale to Lidl.
 

ROMFORD Assembled a multi-ownership site, comprising of industrial, warehouse and office buildings which has been sold onto Honda for new motor dealership.
 

COLCHESTER Acquired two parts of overall site on an unconditioned basis, which included 'Mazda' showroom and 'Rapid Fit' repair centre from Dutton Forshaw Group, owners of Dovercourt Ford. Eastern Square submitted a planning application for a mixed use development including a new motor showroom, for Ford, a new retail store for Aldi food stores, with residential above.
